USCIS Document Translation

Every document you send to USCIS that is not in English must include a complete English translation and a translator's certification. Our USCIS document translation service prepares those translations for green card, citizenship, family petition, TPS and work permit filings.

What USCIS asks for

• A full, word-for-word English translation (not a summary)
• A statement that the translator is competent in both languages
• A statement that the translation is complete and accurate
• The translator's name, signature, address and date
